Question: What are your
group licensing terms?
Answer: We offer site licenses that cost four times the
normal single user price. (4x46 US$ = 184.- US$). A site license is valid for a user group
of maximum 20 users. Licenses valid for more than 20 users are to be negotiated with GutmannSoft.
Question: What is your
upgrade policy?
Answer: Minor bug fixes and patches are free. Up to now
even major updates were free, but this will probably change. However the update price will
certainly not exceed 50% of the internet price. Major updates are issued about once year
maximum.
Question: What kind of
after sale support do you provide?
Answer: After sales support is only provided by email. We
like to solve your problems but be aware that you are responsible for selecting our
software. So please test before if it runs within your specific Windows configuration.

Question: How can I uninstall
your program?
Answer: Press the Windows "Start" button. Select
"Settings", activate the "Control Panel", double click Add/Remove
Programs, and double click on the program's title list box entry.
Question: ScreenShot tells me that I used it for more
than 900 days, what can I do?
Answer: Sorry, but there's no help for you. If the trial
period is once timed out you have to test the program on another machine.
Question: After
"uninstalling" your application, I find that each time I boot up my computer, I
still get the message about registration.
Answer: It is very important that you "end" the
program first before uninstalling it. Move the cursor to the camera symbol click right and
select end. If you encountered this problem you have to reinstall the
program in the same directory where the old program copy was and execute the uninstall
program again this time without ScreenShot running. Another solution is to remove the program manually.
Question: How can I
uninstall ScreenShot without the uninstaller?
Answer: It is very important that you "end" the
program first before uninstalling it. Move the cursor to the camera symbol click right and
select end. Then delete the ScreenShot directory. If you can't remember
it, search your harddisk for the path where ScreenS.exe resides. Start now the Windows
registry tool regedit.exe. Delete the following key: Under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run the key GutmannSoft

Question: How do I take
pictures in a full-screen game?
Answer: ScreenShots in games especially when run in
fullscreen mode might not always be possible. Sometimes it works when you press alt+enter to run the game in
normal window mode. Most games will pause and you can use ScreenShot as you
are used to.
